Alarme: Alarm & Wake ("Alarme", "the app", "we", or "our") is owned and operated by Hasan Berke Cakmak. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the app.

Information The App Uses

Alarme may store alarm times, labels, selected sounds, repeat days, wake-up tasks, scan object preferences, onboarding choices, theme and language preferences, and premium status. Most alarm and preference data is stored locally on your device.

Camera And Scan Data

Alarme may request camera access for scan-based alarm tasks. Camera images used for scan verification are processed on your device and are not uploaded to our servers by Alarme.

Notifications And Alarm Permissions

Alarme uses notification and alarm-related permissions to alert you when alarms are due. If these permissions are disabled, alarm features may not work properly.

Purchases And Subscriptions

Alarme offers free features and optional monthly or yearly Premium subscriptions. Purchases are processed by Apple's App Store. We may use RevenueCat to verify purchase status and manage Premium access. We do not collect or store your payment card information.

Analytics And Diagnostics

Alarme uses Mixpanel for product analytics when anonymous usage analytics is enabled. Mixpanel may receive a randomly generated installation identifier, app-open and session events, onboarding step progress and choices, permission results, scan success or failure, alarm feature interactions, paywall interactions, subscription product identifiers, language, premium status, device model, operating-system version, and app version. We use this information to understand onboarding completion, feature adoption, retention, and subscription conversion.

Analytics events do not include your name, email address, alarm labels, camera images, camera frames, detected image labels, payment-card information, or exact wake-up time. IP-based geolocation is disabled in Alarme's Mixpanel configuration. Analytics data is not used for cross-app advertising or combined with third-party advertising data.

Third-Party Services

Alarme may use Apple App Store services, RevenueCat, and Mixpanel. These providers process information according to their own privacy policies. Mixpanel's privacy information is available at mixpanel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Data Retention And Deletion

Analytics data is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for product analysis and account, legal, and security requirements. You may request deletion of analytics data associated with your anonymous installation identifier by contacting us. The identifier can be copied from the Anonymous Usage Analytics section in Alarme Settings and included in your request.

Children's Privacy

Alarme is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.

Your Choices

You can turn off Mixpanel event collection at any time from Alarme Settings by disabling Anonymous Usage Analytics. You can manage notification, camera, motion, and other app permissions in iOS Settings. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings.
