By downloading, accessing, or using Alarme: Alarm & Wake ("Alarme", "the app", "we", or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Use.

Ownership

Alarme is owned and operated by Hasan Berke Cakmak. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the app except where allowed by law.

Use Of The App

Alarme is designed to help users wake up using alarms, sounds, scan tasks, math tasks, memory tasks, and other wake-up challenges. You are responsible for setting alarms correctly, keeping your device charged, and keeping required permissions enabled.

Free And Premium Features

Alarme includes free features and optional paid Premium features. Premium may include additional alarm sounds, wake-up tasks, customization options, and more than the free alarm limit.

Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled according to App Store rules. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.

Permissions

Some features require permissions such as notifications, alarm-related system access where supported by iOS, camera access for scan tasks, and motion access for movement-based tasks. If permissions are disabled, some features may not work properly.

Alarm Reliability

Alarme is a wake-up aid. Alarm behavior may be affected by device battery, iOS settings, permissions, Focus modes, silent mode, volume, operating system limitations, network status, and user configuration. Alarme should not be used as the only alarm for safety-critical or emergency situations.
